A Good Change.

This project involved the complete interior and exterior refurbishment of an older property.
Initial attention was given to visible cracks caused by subsidence. After a structural examination was made, a section of the foundations was re-enforcing to prevent future structural movement.
All new installations were made including plumbing, electrics, carpentry, replacement windows as well as air conditioning and central heating. New kitchens and appliances where installed and the floors and bathrooms tiled inside and out.
Glass railings replaced stone balustrades and outside patios where developed to provide ample and intimate seating areas, as well as lounging areas around the pool. Dry stone walls were built to retain banks of soil and contrast with the modern floor tiles.
The presscrete driveway and gated entrance provide privacy and secure parking.
