Breathtaking Views.

This property enjoys breathtaking views to the sea and Peñon d Ifach.
In order to capitalise on these views, a considerable project to build a suspended Infinity pool on the same level as the main living area was undertaken.
Given the topography of the plot, a significant demolition and excavation to firm ground was required. A concrete structure was then built to support the new pool and terrace. The result is an impressive lagoon shape pool of 65m2 that seemingly overflows into the sea along the Benissa coastline. The pool also incorporates a Jacuzzi and creates space within the structure for the future development of a separate apartment.
